Key Contacts is a networking company in London regularly hosting business breakfast events, at the magnificent Carlton Club, based in the St James’s area of Central London. For those of you who attended, thank you so much for your support, and for all your individual contributions in helping to make the morning the success it undoubtedly was. For those that were unable to be with us for one reason or another, unfortunately you missed a hugely motivated and an extremely enjoyable morning! But now we hope to see you in the future.....

We had the pleasure of welcoming a number of brand new delegates who were attending keycontacts for the very first time, whom together with our dedicated attendee members, made an excellent mix of attendees.

As announced at the recent event, we are one of the pioneers of Speed Networking, which we call ‘Corporate Speed Dating’ (as can be seen on our website, www.keycontacts.co.uk where we have video of a live event, plus an edited film with audio version, of the CNN Global televison programme made about our unique concept, shown on TV last January 2005) we have decided to hive off the Speed Dating part of our programme into a separate evening event, to be hosted at the well known London West End night spot, The Sugar Reef bar and restaurant, located in Great Windmill Street London W1.The private restaurant area has an ideal layout for the actual corporate speed dating , and the private bar on the lower ground floor is perfect for general networking and refreshments.

To make this new and exciting venture attractive to all types of companies and professional organisations, ones with generous marketing budgets, but also ones with limited budgets, we are keeping the cost of attending affordable to all, and without any membership commitment.

The costs of attending a Corporate Speed Dating networking evening, are £39.00 + vat. Included are wine (up to half a bottle per person) and a tasty food platter to keep the hunger pangs away! A full bar selection is also available for purchase throughout the evening. The events will be early evening affairs, commencing at 6pm until 8.30 pm, enabling delegates to perhaps combine attending keycontacts, with a later social happening in London? Or for those delegates who commute in from the suburbs or Home Counties, to be able to get home at a reasonable hour.

Following the launch date of May 9, further dates of June 6 and July 4 are also now bookable. And remember, the cost of attending any keycontacts event, morning or evening, is a business expense, and can be offset against corporation tax. The launch of the evening corporate speed dating is part of the continuing development of the very successful keycontacts brand, which will enter its 7th year at the end of next month.

If you did not receive or did not get a chance to read one of our recent Newsletters, we will reiterate some of the main points of the objectives to this now monthly publication, which will always follow the live event.

Unlike the previous publications, we will publish the newsletter on the keycontacts bulletin board, accessed via the keycontacts website, to be published on the public open forum, which is available for everyone, members and non- members alike, to view and comment upon. The board also consists of a private members forum, including private messaging facility, for which access has to be authorised by keycontacts. It is a simple procedure; just follow the registration link on the forum page of the website. If already registered just go the log - in link, and enter your user name and password.

We will also email the newsletter to all in our keycontacts address book, which we hope will attract more interest in your products and services, far beyond the people who attend the keycontacts events.

We will not divulge the attendee’s full company address, business telephone number, or email details on the newsletter. However if a non attendee recipient of the newsletter wishes to find out more about a particular company or wishes to make direct contact with one of the attendees, they can request to do so via our offices, and their contact details will be given only if the attendee has authorised us to do so. Or they can post a message on the open forum keycontacts bulletin board.

For the interest of people reading this who have not recently attended a keycontacts event please note the following. Every attendee receives a comprehensive Delegate list of all those present on the morning, of which includes a brief description of one’s business/professional activity, plus full company address, telephone number and the commercially valuable email address.
